The Fouss Foundation was created by Fousseyni Traore and Richie Saunders.  Both have a deep passion for Mali.  this foundation allows for people to make tax deductible contributions. Mali is very impoverished.  There is only 1 indoor basketball court in the country and some outdoor concrete courts.  Shoes and balls are hard to come by.  Because Fouss was able to come to the USA and get an education and improve his basketball skills, he decided he wanted to give back to his country youth.  Especially since he is here on a student visa and not able to reap the large NIL benefits like other players.

The Minister of Land has granted 20 acres of land near the airport for the Fouss Foundation to build a Sports Complex.  It will have 3 indoor courts, a weight room, training room, locker rooms and education rooms.  It can also be used for volleyball.  There is also 4 outdoor courts.  This complex can  put Mali on the world stage.  They already have many college players from Mali, see attached.

This will be the biggest, most impactful project ever in Mali.
